Hi there, I'm looking for a new tenant who will take over the room from the 1st of December. I am moving out, so looking for someone responsible, quiet, and clean in my place. The room is small, 11m2, but bright with a nice big window, so it feels a bit bigger than it is. A perfect option for a temporary stay. The furniture (except the white table) is mine and can be bought from me for a small amount, but after moving out, you have to take care of it yourself. The white table also can stay, it's the owners'. The sofa is a sleeping sofa in very good condition, with a storage place below. Extra storage place in the attic. The area is very nice, with some running paths, very close grocery stores, and public transport. Located right on the border with Frederiksberg, so not too far to the center. The room is available for 3-4 months. You will be sharing the apartment with 2 more guys, Danish (owner) and Italian, in their 30-40, and a super sweet, small dog.
