Subletting my room during my exchange in the fall semester 2024. Private room in shared apartment with up to three roommates (currently only two) available from approx. 21 August 2024 to 31 December 2024 (moving dates are flexible if you need the room earlier/longer). The room is fully furnished and has an own balcony. The kitchen (which has a dishwasher) is shared with all roommates while there are two bathrooms, so you share it with only one roommate. Washing machines and dryers are in the basement, which also has storage facilities. Wifi, electricity etc. is included in the rent. I will leave the PC monitor you see on the pictures in the room – so you can use it if you want to. I will also leave sheets, pillows, blankets (cleaned, of course), and my books. Most other personal stuff will be removed. There are three grocery stores in 10min walking distance. CBS is in 30min walking/10min cycling distance.
