I'm looking for a tenant to take over my room in an amazing apartment on Nørregade from 1st of May 2019 as I will be moving in with my boyfriend. The apartment is big, 144m2 on the most amazing address, right by Nørreport Station. The apartment consists of 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. There is also a washing machine and a dryer. There's also a big kitchen fully furnished with a dishwasher and a living room, a dining where there's plenty of room to sit, eat or just hang out. Your room is around 20-22m2 with direct access to the balcony. The room is currently furnished but can be rented unfurnished if you already have your own furniture. You will be sharing the apartment with 2 amazing roomies! Kristel (28) and Sachin (23). Kristel is from Estonia and has lived, studied and worked in Copenhagen for the last 9 years. She is easy going and down to earth, and also used to living with other people. Sachin is originally from India and he's a software engineer at Danske Bank. Both are working professionals and are not at home during the day. The rent is 7000 kr pr. month including everything (heating, electricity, internet).
