RARE FIND: 11TH FLOOR PANORAMIC OCEAN VIEWS | 30 SEC TO METRO | BEACH LIFE + CITY ACCESS

If you’ve lived in London, New York, Singapore, or any major global city - you know that finding a place with THIS combination is nearly impossible. I’m offering a fully furnished room in Copenhagen’s iconic Øresundstårnet (11th floor) with: • Unobstructed panoramic views of the Øresund Ocean & Copenhagen skyline • 30 seconds walk to Metro (7 min to city centre, 7 min to airport) • 2 minutes walk to Amager Strandpark (Copenhagen’s best beach) • Everything included - furniture, utilities, internet, kitchen equipment This is not just a room. This is the Copenhagen lifestyle dream that locals spend years trying to find. WHAT MAKES THIS TRULY UNIQUE I’ve lived as an expat in London for 6 years. I know what matters when you move to a new city: convenience, quality, and that “wow” factor that makes you actually excited to come home. Your morning routine here: • Wake up to sunrise over the ocean (yes, really - 11th floor floor-to-ceiling windows) • Coffee on the balcony with 180° panoramic views • 30-second walk to Metro M2 ? 7 minutes to Kongens Nytorv (city centre) Your evening routine: • Home in 7 minutes from downtown • Hit the gym (SATS - 1 min walk) or beach (2 min walk) • Sunset views from the living room • Cook in a fully equipped kitchen or grab groceries next door (Lidl/Rema - literally 1 min away) Weekend life: • Beach morning (2 min walk) • Brunch in the city (7 min Metro) • Shopping at Fields or Amager Centret (3-13 min Metro) • Back home to that insane view The infrastructure is PERFECT for city life: • Airport: 7 minutes by Metro (M2) • City centre: 7 minutes by Metro • Beach: 2-3 minutes walk • Supermarkets: 1 minute walk • Gym (SATS): 1 minute walk • Free parking with residential permit (or secure underground for DKK 1,000/month) • No car needed - but easy if you have one! Most apartments in Copenhagen make you choose: city OR beach OR Metro connection. This place has ALL THREE. Plus views that rival luxury hotels. THE VIEW - SERIOUSLY SPECTACULAR The apartment is on the 11th floor with floor-to-ceiling windows. The living room and large balcony face the Øresund, giving you: • Panoramic ocean views across the water to Sweden • Copenhagen skyline views • Sunrise over the ocean every morning • Sunset views in the evening • A feeling of space and light that’s rare in Copenhagen This is the kind of view people pay premium hotel prices to experience for a weekend. You get to live with it every day. THE APARTMENT & YOUR SPACE Building: Øresundstårnet - one of Copenhagen’s most iconic residential towers on Krimsvej 1B, Østamager Your private room (14 m²): • Fully furnished with quality sofa bed, wardrobe, storage • Located at opposite end of apartment from my room = maximum privacy • Large storage room access within apartment • PLUG & PLAY - bring your suitcase, that’s it Shared spaces (this is where the magic happens): • Large living room with that incredible ocean view • Big balcony overlooking the Øresund - perfect for morning coffee, evening drinks, or just watching the world go by • Fully equipped kitchen (all cookware, plates, glasses, etc. included - you don’t need to buy anything) • Modern bathroom • Two elevators (including freight elevator for easy moving) • Secure, locked bicycle basement (huge plus in Copenhagen - no worrying about bike theft!) Total apartment size: 101 m² The two bedrooms are at opposite ends = you have your privacy, I have mine. The building (Øresundstårnet) is one of Copenhagen’s most iconic residential towers and very well-maintained. PRACTICAL INFO Monthly cost: • Rent: DKK 8,000 • Utilities (water, heating, electricity): DKK 500 on account • Total: DKK 8,500/month • Internet: Included • All kitchen equipment: Included Move-in costs: • Deposit: DKK 24,000 (3 months - refundable at move-out) • First month’s rent: DKK 8,000 • Total to pay at move-in: DKK 32,000 Lease: • Fixed-term 1 year with possibility of extension • Flexible move-in date: January 1st, 2026 (December 1st also possible for the right candidate) Rules: • Smoke-free (including balcony) • No pets • Respectful of shared spaces Parking options: • Free street parking with residential permit (apply through local authorities) • OR Secure underground parking: DKK 1,000/month (paid separately to building management - great if you have a nice car you want protected) ABOUT ME (YOUR FUTURE FLATMATE) I’m Bilal, 38, IT Consultant (freelancer) with MSc in Economics from University of Copenhagen. Why I get the expat experience: I lived in London for 6 years due to work and absolutely loved it. I understand what it’s like to move to a new city, not know anyone, and need a place that just WORKS from day one. That’s why everything here is set up to be plug & play. I speak fluent English and Danish. Work-wise, I have a flexible schedule as a freelancer - mostly working from home or client sites. Personal life: I value a clean, respectful home and good communication. Work-from-home setup means I’m around, but I respect boundaries and privacy. Interests: Love watching sports (huge Real Madrid fan!), traveling, swimming, and good conversations over coffee. WHO I’M LOOKING FOR Ideal tenant profile: • Working professional with stable income (Danish or international - both welcome!) • Age approximately 27-40 • Values quality living and understands the unique value of this location • Appreciates a tidy home and respectful shared living • Enjoys good conversation but also respects privacy Why I mention international/expat: Having lived as an expat in London for 6 years, I particularly appreciate international perspectives and the expat experience. That said, I’m equally happy with Danish tenants who value this place for what it is. Language-wise: I speak both Danish and English fluently - either works perfectly. What I’m NOT looking for: • Party lifestyle (this is a quality residential building) • Someone who needs constant social interaction (I’m friendly but value my space too) • Drama or high-maintenance situations HOW TO APPLY Send me a message with: 1. Brief intro about yourself (who you are, where you’re from) 2. What you do professionally (job/company) 3. Your LinkedIn profile (if available) 4. Why this place appeals to you 5. When you’d like to view it Viewing: I’m flexible with showing the apartment. Given that you’re potentially international, I can do video calls first, then in-person viewing. Timeline: Looking to finalize by mid-to-late November for January move-in. THE BOTTOM LINE At DKK 8,500/month, this is exceptional value: • Comparable rooms in Vesterbro and Frederiksberg run 8,000-10,500 kr/month - without 11th floor panoramic ocean views, direct beach access, or this unbeatable Metro connection • A hotel room with this view costs DKK 1,500-2,000/night minimum (that’s DKK 45,000-60,000/month) • Anywhere else in Copenhagen with Metro + Beach + Ocean Views + City access simply doesn’t exist at any price This is one of Copenhagen’s most unique living situations at a price that makes it accessible to the right professional. You’re not just renting a room. You’re accessing a lifestyle that combines the best of city living with resort-like amenities - at a fraction of what you’d pay for far less in central Copenhagen. Locations like this rarely become available. When they do, they move fast. I look forward to hearing from you. Best regards, Bilal P.S. - If you’ve ever lived in a major city and had that “holy shit, this view never gets old” feeling every morning - you know exactly what I’m talking about. That’s what you get here. For DKK 8,500/month.
