You study or work in Denmark for 9 month or other shorter period of time? You need a home away from home? You need a place that’s nice and clean, because you are just that sort of nice and clean person and you need somewhere quiet and you need to be able to rely on the person you live with, because it’s stressful enough coming to a new country? Then you might want to come and live with us. I’m a Spanish woman, 48, Flight attendant, clean, quiet and an all around decent person. Living with my 13 years old daughter which is same as me. Responsable and organize. I have a room for you that is 9 m2. It’s light and facing the road which is not noise at all. It has wooden floors, plastered ceiling and a large window. If you want the room with furniture it will have: - a bed. Both bed and mattress will be for you- The bed will have storage underneath - a small dresser - a clothes rack - a table big enough to eat and work at + 1 chair for it - a rug - duvet and pillow If you want pictures on the wall and other decoration to make it more homely until you have your own stuff, let me know and I’ll make it nice for you. It’s all kept in a light and Nordic taste. The rent is 5000 dkkr. For that you’ll get: - A completely furnished room - Access to kitchen and all equipment + a large shelf in a cabin for your food + one shelves in the fridge + one drawer in freezer. - Access to bathroom + one small shelves in there - water - heating - electricity - free use of Internet - free use of washing machine in the toilet - free use of common supplies such as: toiletpaper, paper towels, bags, tin foil, baking paper, all cleaning supplies, dishwasher tablets etc. Not including detergent for your own clothes. - I’ll take care of changing and washing, bath mats, dishcloths, cleaning cloths and dishtowels. I expect: - That you clean the kitchen, bathroom and hallway every other week – I’ll clean them the other weeks. - That you in general leave the common rooms nice and welcoming (e.g. clean the sink after use, wipe clean the countertop after use, take the trash out if it’s full, don’t leave nails or body hair in the bathroom sink or shower, use the toilet brush, put your dishes in the dishwasher and things like that, so we don’t grow tired of each other within a month.) I will of course do the same. - That you don’t smoke in your room. - I will never open your door – neither when you’re home nor when you are out. I will never go through your stuff in the kitchen or anywhere else or use any of your things without asking. I expect all the same from you. I appreciate: - If you let me know, if something is bothering you. It’s easier to live together, if we can talk about the problems before they grow bigger. - If you let me know, if there’s a couple of days, you’re not home. - If you let me know, if you have visitors. I will of course do the same. The apartment is placed in Vestamager Ørestad . Within 200 m we’ve got: - Rema 1000 supermarket - 1 greengrocer - A butcher - A fast food options (kebab, sushi, pizza, etc.) - Vestamager Metro station - Fields (Big shopping center) - The bus 33 in 200 m - It takes 25 minutes on a bike to city - Metro Vestamager 24 hours According to Danish law, we can both terminate the lease with a month's notice, so there will be no problems, if you suddenly find somewhere else to live.
