Hi. PLEASE read (and understand) the ENTIRE add before writing me. Thank you very much. I am looking to find a tennant that can stay about 2 years. If you can stay less than 1 1/2 years, we are not a match. This room is only for a woman. Not a man. I am sorry. I only have a small privat space in the aparment, and therefore the tennant has not access to the kitchen. Only to do dishes now and then. In the tennant room it is possible to heat food in oven and micro oven, and also heat water for tea. The room is also furnished with a fridge with a small freezer, quality furniture, tall mirror and many nice lamps. There is a really good 120cm bed. There is no room for extra furniture. We share the bathroom. Washingmashine and tumbler is only 15 meter from the apartment. Fair pricing. The apartment is located in the most wonderful part of Copenhagen, and right in the center of Copenhagen. Also it is a very quiert area. Almost no cars in this local area. It is like Amsterdam here. Small water channels with many boats, and beautiful old houses in different colors. Many flowers in summer time. From the apartment there is only 360 meters to the metro station (Christianshavn metro) and grossery stores, restaurants and so on. The apartment is next to a lake and nature. This is the view from your windows. Regarding rent; in the 6 winter months the tennant pay for heat used in the room. I am looking to find a female non-smoking tennant, that likes to live a quiert life, keeps noise down, and likes to have her space tidy and clean. I am sorry; because of the small size of the apartment it is not possible for the tennant to have a guest/boyfriend sleeping over. If the tennant has a boyfriend it would be much apreciated that much “hang out time” is at the boyfriends place. If we are a match, do not hessite to contact me.
