135 m2 modern penthouse apartment located in Sydhavn. The bedroom is available for the month of August with a possibility of extending to mid September. It is a fully furnished 12 m2 space with large windows allowing for lots of light into the room as well as a view to the canal. The room also has 2 PC screens, a big TV and PS4 that you can of course use. In addition you can also borrow my bike for as long as you live here.The apartment gets lots of sun for those days when it actually shines and is surrounded by canals :) Close proximity to Fisketorvet taking only 4 minutes by bike The apartment has lots of outdoor space for those who like a breath of fresh air and enjoy the some nice views of the sky and surroundings. There is a small basement area of ??about 4m2 (shared amongst us) for storage and there's a very nice Italian supermarket down the road, a Netto right opposite and a Beta Boulders a stone throw away. Just by the building you will find an inviting sun bathing area, exercise equipment, ping pong tables, small soccer field and lots of space to enjoy the water, especially if you like using a SUP, kayak or any other kind of water activities. You will live with Inga, Gustavo & David who are young professionals working in IT and architecture. Inga is also working part-time in a cool arcade bar serving up awesome cocktails and beers. They are fairly open-minded individuals, have a good balance of being social but also like to have time to ourselves. We would like to create a healthy working space for those living with us along with a nice chill vibe for those times you just wanna relax and let your hair down.
