I'm renting a furnished bedroom for short term rental from December 2019 until end of March 2020. Apartment is situated on Landsgrongade 9, which is a very nice and calm area in Østerbro. Svanemøllen station is within 5 minutes walk, and Poul Henningsens Plads metro station 10 minutes' walk. SATS is around the corner, as well as shops, bakeries and cafes. The apartment has 40 m2 and consists of bedroom, living room, kitchen and small bathroom. The bedroom has a bed, closet and space for a work station. I will be living in the living room that will have a room divider :) The rent includes utilities, internet and furniture. There is a washing machine in the basement that costs 15 kr per usage. I have a the most adorable cat Leevi that will share the flat with us.
