Hello :), there is a room available in a 110m2 apartment. Size is 16m2, so plenty of space in your room and a huge shared area with living room and an open kitchen. The common area is completely furnitured, and you would need to pay around 3.800 DKK for it (then you also owe your share in the sofa, TV, etc). The apartment is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, a washing machine, full equipped kitchen, storage facilities and everything you need. In summer, you can go swimming and sunbathing directly in front of the house and it is ideal for long sunny nights :-) You will live with two other girls from Pakistan and Italy between 27 and 30 years. One works in HR in a consultancy, the other one at Maersk. The atmosphere is good and friendly and the most important thing is that all feel at home and are nice to each other. Sharing dinner and a glass of wine is very welcome and it would be great if you would not only want to be completly by yourself. However, the relationship between the room mates is of course not forced :). Besides, you should be responsible and clean (not too an crazy extent but we kept the apartment in good shape normally). The rent consitutes as follows: 6,850 rent 280 water and heating 100 electricty ~100 internet =7,320 DKK Moving in costs would be 13,62 Deposit (this includes a discount of ~30% as we have been living in the apartment before) 7,17 prepaid rent Girls are preferred and ideally you should work like the other two room mates already.
