Sorry folks but no couples or pets. Hello there, We, two brothers from Germany, are moving to a new place on top of Sankt Hans Torv (prime location) on the 1st of July. Yes, we mean on the top top of Sankt Hans Torv. We are looking for two flatmates to share this great apartment. We have two rooms and they both come with CPR and an unlimited contract. We are not looking for people who want to share an apartment for convenience. About us: Moritz is 24 and the younger brother. He will move to Copenhagen during the summer and start studying at DTU in September. In the spare time, however, he's usually down for a nice boulder session or a long bike ride, where you can always join. Even if he doesn't put the greatest effort in cooking, he's, of course, well trained in keeping everything clean and tidy. Besides that, he can also be convinced sometimes for deep philosophical discussions. Max is 28 and the older brother. Now, all Germans will laugh about the fact we’re called Max and Moritz. He is doing a PhD at DTU and has lived in Copenhagen for the last 4 years and yes, he did make some advertisement for Copenhagen and DTU back home. When not working on getting injured through unhealthily intense sport, he reads a lot, loves to cook (normal and experimental), is always up for all sorts of discussions, and social interactions. The apartment: - 150sqm and 5th floor (top floor) with 5 rooms - Living room - Separated and fully furnished kitchen with french balcony - Daylight bathroom with washing machine and tumble dryer Room 1 - From 1st of July - ca 16 sqm - 3 months deposit, 1 month prepaid rent - 5132 DKK and 5549 DKK (incl. water and heating) - Plus ca 100 DKK for electricity and 75 DKK for internet Room 2 - From 1st of July - ca 17 sqm - 3 windows in the inclination of the roof - 3 months deposit, 1 month prepaid rent - 5132 DKK and 5549 DKK (incl. water and heating) - Plus ca 100 DKK for electricity and 75 DKK for internet Since the apartment is unfurnished we are happy to put it together with you. We will ask for some inspiration and contribution to some shared items (dinner table, etc.) whereas we already have quite a bunch of things but it’s all up for discussion. Let’s talk about it later.
