Looking for someone clean/decent to replace me in my current room and live with my two friends. Currently living with two girls: A 27yo German in school, and a 25yo Canadian working full time. Both are clean and great people to live with but I have found something better suited to my budget and closer to school. It is very important that you all get along, a clean guy would be ideal but I am open to meeting whoever thinks they might be a good match. Rent is including: Utilities, internet, heated floors, laundry machine and dryer in suite, underground for bike, big storage locker and of course all common areas. The apartment is brand new, the room you will be renting has private access to the large rap around balcony and there is an elevator bringing you to the apartment which is the entire top floor:) Your room is not furnished.
