Hi ! My roomates are moving out and therefore I am on the lookout for a new friendly person who would like to live in the heart of Nordhavn surrounded by water and promenades. The courtyard facing room is about 10sqm and the whole flat is 120sqm. It comes unfurnished but with a tall dresser. You will share a nice, spacious bathroom. The shared space is composed of a spacious living area and a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher. We also have a balcony with a sea view and access to a rooftop. You will be sharing the apartment with 2 guys, Hugo and Richard. Hugo: I am 27 years old, from France and I am a Ph.D. student at DTU working in A.I. When I am not working, I like spending time running, cooking, or reading. I am also quite fond of cinema and music and I play the guitar from time to time. I do enjoy having company for dinner or beer in the evenings. Richard: 28 years old, from Germany, like to do sports (running, hiking) and spending time in nature. I enjoy cook-alongs and a chat over a beer/glass of wine. I work in innovation for Ørsted, a Danish renewable energy company. The rent is 7050 all included (heat, water, electricity, internet …). Deposit is 25.000. So total move in price is 32 050kr The room is also available before the 1st of August!
