The room is 16sqm, fully furnished, nice and bright. You would share the 122sqm apartment with my two lovely roomies Louis and Natalie. They are both easy going, active and very welcoming. We are all full-time working and thus appreciate someone with a similar rhythm and cleanliness so that all can feel at home. The apartment comes with three bedrooms, bathroom, an open kitchen and large dining area, and a living room with big TV. We also have our own rooftop terrace with the most stunning view over Copenhagen. The apartment is equipped with everything you need like dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, all kinds of kitchen appliances, and a yard with bicycle stands. Location wise you also could not do better: • 2 min walking distance to next Bus Station (1A) • 5 min walking distance to M3 Metro Station (Poul Henningsen Plads) • 8 min walking distance to M4 Metro Station and S Train at Nordhavn • 12 min by bike or metro to the City Center • 20 min commute to CBS by bike or metro • *1 min walking distance to the best bakery in Denmark (Juno the Bakery)! ?? • several supermarkets, charming restaurants and bars, and famous Østerbrogade with many shops all around the corner The rent is 8500 DKK per month and I will probably also charge a small deposit which of course is fully refunded when everything is in order.
