It is fully furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobe and desk, shelves etc. Rent: 6600 DKK plus ~200 for electricity & Internet Deposit: 2 months rent (plus the first month's rent is to be paid when signing the contract). The apartment is on the 3rd floor; it is 94 square meters with a spacious living room/kitchen area. It receives a lot of light and has an amazing view both towards the water and the common courtyard area. You'll be sharing the rest of the apartment with me, a 31 year old Hungarian guy working at a startup. Looking for someone who likes to be social, having dinner together etc. but can also respect private space.
