As one of our roommates is moving out, we are looking for a new member to take part in our small bofællesskab and shared home. You will be joining 3 down-to-earth friends in an apartment in Fuglekvarteret, Nordvest from the 1st of July. About the place ?? The apartment complex was finished in the summer of 2019, which means everything is new. We are located 300 m from Nørrebro St. and 500 m from Nørrebro Bycenter. The apartment is approx. 100 square meters divided into: 4 bedrooms, a living room with kitchen/dining area and a bathroom. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, dryer and a dishwasher. There is also access to a shared roof terrace for the whole building that we count on using a lot this summer :-) The room we sublet is approx. 7 square meters and is offered unfurnished. It is available from the 1st of July. The contract length will be 1 year with the possibility of extension. Smoking is not allowed. The rent is 5614 kr. per month, all included (internet, tv, electricity, water etc.). It is required to pay a deposit of 3 months’ rent. About us You will be living with Cecilia, María and Marc. Cecilia (26) is working full time teaching kids at a school in Vanløse. She enjoys her free time at home cooking, chilling, doing workouts and watching Netflix. Whenever there is a school break she loves going on trips – short or long, close or far it’s preferably somewhere with beautiful nature or a rich culture. She’s always up for trying out new things too, most recently learning how to dance reggaeton. Maria (26) is original from Madrid and has been enjoying life in Denmark for the last 4 years. She works full time as a consultant. Nature, working out, traveling, cooking, practicing some Danish, and crafts are among the things that make her happy. She is always up for good laughs with friends. Oh, and she plays padel and cooks croquetas. Marc (27) is working full time as an economic consultant. In his spare time, he likes to travel, going to concerts and going out for a glass of wine with friends. Before corona he spent time playing football in Frederiksberg and drinking a few beers afterwards in the locker room. He likes when Brøndby is winning, to play board games, and kebab with chili. For the last year, the three of us have already been living together in the apartment. Even though we like doing our own things, we appreciate spending time together to cultivate good vibes and make sure we don’t live past each other. We often spend time together in our shared living room watching TV, cooking or simply having a chat. Be it at dinner or brunch at home, a sports activity or something different, we’re looking for someone who would preferably take part in a common activity at least once a week. About you - You are a kind-hearted person preferably between 25-29 years old that enjoys living with other people. - You are respectful and responsible, and you are a clean and tidy BAD-ASS that takes care of a shared living space. - You are sociable, want to spend time with your roommates, but also respect the need for own space and time.
