I'm going on exchange next semester, and therefore my girlfriend and I have decided to save some money, and sublease our apartment. It is fully furnished, about 60m2 and in a great location on amager, where you can easily bike to both the city center and nice green areas. It is 3 rooms, but one of them is quite small, and where we keep the bed. Therefore, as we don't want to move out all of our furniture, we would prefer to rent it out to one person or a couple. It is on fourth floor, so you will get some exercise followed by a well deserved nice view and a lot of sun light in the apartment. The neighbours are nice people, with a guy in his 40's and two couples below with kids of about 2 years old. Therefore, we prefer to get someone who does not throw a lot of parties and make too much noise. You are of course always welcome to have friends over for drinks, social stuff etc, but we would prefer if you can keep the rave-parties somewhere else ;) An ideal apartment for anyone studying or taking an internship in Copenhagen.
