Bright 8m2 room available for rent for 2 months; March & April 2024. The room is fully furnished and ready for take over from 1st of March until 30th of April. My partner and I have to go overseas for 2 months and would like to suprent our rooms. The room is equipped with a wardrobe, sleeping sofa/bed, desk, chair and is facing the backyard with a sweet balcony. Internet, water, EL and so forth is all included in the rental price - there are no additional cost.Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher is available in our apartment. This offer is probably most suitable for people in need of a temporary place to have more time to look for a long-term apartment, or maybe for people who happen to be in Copenhagen for a limited period. Due to the temporary nature, the lease is preferably without CPR registration. We have 2 flatmates who are staying with us and will remain throughout the period of the lease: one Italian and one Equadoriaean (?) between 28 and 35 (m, m) working in science and gastronomy. We are all pretty much doing the daily grind in the office/laboratory/kitchen throughout the week and do social things on the weekend. We sometimes hit the local bar downstairs in the evening to have a beer after work. The flat is 100m from Nørrebro Station and the Metro ring. It can easily be reached via bus (5C, 4A, 350S) or S-train and Metro. It's 5min to Stefansgade or the red plaza and you can reach most of the uni campuses within ~15min by bike. We don't want to exclude smokers by default. Smokers are okay as long as they go downstairs - but no smoking in the flat. All genders, nationalities or other attributes are welcome, as long as other people are not disturbed in their natural habitat :) Facts in short: monthly rent: 3500kr all bills included; 2 months (7000kr) deposit to be paid at takeover. Rent includes use of the whole household including kitchen, internet, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and all other inventory.
