The room is furnished, you will find a double bed, a desk with a comfortable chair, and a large built-in wardrobe. The monthly rent is 7500 kr, including utilities (exept electricity, usually less then 250kr per month) and a 100 mega internet connection. Two months deposit, one month of prepaid rent. The room will be available from the 15th of June. Your room is part of a great 115 sqm apartment, located at the first floor of a 2 years old building. The apartment is bright and perfectly insulated from cold and external noises. The apartment shared spaces consist of two large bathrooms (almost unique for Copenhagen), including a spacious shower, a washing machine and a dryer, and an open space with: - A modern kitchen with an electric stove, extractor hood, oven and a dishwasher. You will be welcome to use all the available kitchen tools! - A dining area, with a dining table, chairs, and big storage spaces - A living room, where you will find find a sofa, a smart TV with Netflix, Hbo and YouSee, a record player, a PlayStation 3 with plenty of games. - A cozy balcony with a tea table and chairs You will have a lot of storage space, and you will have access to a storage box in the basement. The building is located in front of the DR Byen Metro station, less then 100 meters from our front door. Next to our apartment you will also find a Netto super market (80 meters), a cafe, a bank, a gym (500 meters), and the best ice cream in town (500 meters)! The position of the apartment is perfect, wherever in the Copenhagen area you need to be.
