My roommate (a Post Doc at DTU) is very clean and friendly guy, and we sometimes cook together, but are respectful of each others own spaces. We share the living room and kitchen. There is a laundry room in the basement and the kitchen has an oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. There is a large balcony next to the living room which is lovely on sunny days. There is plenty of bike parking, car parking, a storage room inside the apartment and one in the basement. It’s located aprox. 20 min biking from DTU, and 15 min from Skodsborg beach. There are supermarkets at a walking distance: Rema (2 min) and Netto (5 min), Meny & Irma (8 min). You also have access to Copenhagen city center with the 150S bus or you can get the 910 local train that will take you to Lyngby station in 15 min, where you can access many S-trains to different destinations. He/she can take the room to 1 August 2023 and the extension could be possible. The room is equipped with a table, chair, table lamp, ceiling lamp, curtains, a wardrobe and a bed with a nice mattress. All utilities are on account so the price is just a rough estimate based on predicted consumption, and is subject to change based on your usage. If you have paid extra and consumed less, it will be reimbursed. Non-smoking only. No loud parties allowed (it is a residential neighbourhood so no noise between 10pm and 8am). The rent is 5250 DKK + 600 DKK utilities.
