Hello my roomie at the moment wishes to leave the apartment in december due to he wishes to study in another country. In that case I'm looking for a roomie who can stay until i'm finished with my study. I study in Aalborg university in 9. semester as Energy and indoor environment engineer so in 2023 almost July I will be absence aswell. Thereafter, we can figure out what will happend next :). About the Apartment it is a three-room apartment which is overall 86m2 and your room will be approximately 20 m2 that comes with a cabinet for your clothes. The Apartment also comes with a large balcony, where I already have outdoor furnitures to sit and enjoy the view. In the living room it already consist of a sofa, big TV and dinner table which we will share together. The depositum will be 3+1 rent price due to one month pre-paid rent and 3 months depositum. The Apartment has easy access to bustrafic to AAU and Aalborg and are close to a Rema 1000 and circle K. If interested contact me and we can arrange for a quick visit.
