From 1 July 2019 The apartment is completely new. it is built in 2018 ! The rent is 4325+650including all ( heating, water, electricity, internet). The flat has washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and refrigerator. The location is so nice. It is near to Risskov forest and beach. It takes only 5 minutes walking to shopping center Veri Center, fitness center, and supermarkets (Rema1000, Netto, Kvivkly and Fakta). The bus station line 18, 1A, 100, 17, 15, 16....are near to the apartment that go directly to the main campus of university and city center. You can also bike to the university for 5-10 min The room size is around 12 m. the apartment contains 2 bedrooms, one living room and a nice balcony with forest and ocean view. You will share the flat with me. I am easygoing and calm. I am a pharmacist who works as a research assistant and PhD student at Aarhus University. I can understand and speak Danish, however I need to practice more. So if you can speak Danish with me, it is fantastic to having you as my roommate.
