We are 2 roommates who are renting out our extra room in a 97m2 apartment. The monthly rent is 5.700kr all inclusive for a short period and the possibility of extension. The apartment is located in Søborg. It is a new building and the apartment has 3 bedrooms, a big common living room with dining area with dishwasher, a big bathroom with washing machine and dryer and a balcony. There is also elevator and a parking space right under the building entrance. The whole apartment is fully furnished and equipped with anything you might need including kitchenware, etc. You bedroom is also furnished and contains a sofa-bed, a desk, a desk-chair, a living room table, a bedside table, bed lamps and a 4x4 ikea kallax. CPR registration is available and only one month deposit is required. Free Parking area is available in front of the apartment. The apartment belongs to zone 2 and there is a super market right across the street. Bus stop and Husum train station are also close.
