We're looking for a new roommate to join our 118 m² ground floor apartment on Vigerslev Allé, Valby. The room is 14 m², furnished, and gets really good light. Rent is 6,419 DKK/month plus energy (it varies with the season, happy to share past bills as a reference) and wifi. Deposit is 4 months, and CPR registration is available. The apartment has one bathroom, a washer, dryer and dishwasher, and a terrace that's great for summer evenings. Everything you need is already here — we're still figuring out the decoration though, so good taste is very welcome. About the location: 5 minutes walking to Valby station, 15 to Copenhagen South, 15 to the city center by bike, and Netto, Rema and Meny are 2 minutes away. We're two guys living here at the moment. Pere, 26, from Spain, works as a machine learning engineer and is big into the gym. Matthias, 27, from Chile, software developer and triathlete. We both work 9–5. We get along well and like hosting dinners, board games, the occasional small party but between work and training it's not a constant thing. Mostly we're after someone easygoing who respects the space and is up for the occasional hangout. Ideally someone around 20–30, respectful and clean, and looking to stay long term (moving out requires 3 months notice). Open to any gender or background. Move-in is October 1st.
