The room is very spacious and suited for a couple, but single tenants are also welcome! It has a lot of natural light, and a large walk-in closet. 22sqm in total. The room is currently fully furnished, but that can be adjusted if you prefer bringing your own. The apartment is a 3-person, and I would be your only housemate. The common area is also quite large, with a lot of natural light at all times of the day, a balcony, and fully equiped kitchen and bathroom. I hope you feel as much as home as I do, and you would have freedom to redecorate the common areas as well if you wish.
