The apartment is located 7 min walking from Virum Station, a super quiet area with all the shops you need and two lakes close by; to the city center (i.e. Norreport station) is 25min by train. It may seem a little bit far from the city center, but with the direct train is easy and the apartment is definitely worth it:) The room is quite big, suitable for a couple/2 friends (2 CPRs available) or a single person. You will share the house with me. The flat is 90m2, with 2 rooms, bathroom, living room, kitchen and a big garden with access from your room. The rent is 8530dkk everything included (heat, electricity, water and WIFI), and the deposit is one month rent (8000dkk). The apartment is totally furnished with all the bathroom and kitchen supplies (such as washing machine and dishwasher). The room comes only with the big wardrobe and the dressing table, but we are selling out our furniture (see pictures) so if you would like to have the room furnished we sell the furniture for 500dkk to the next tenant(s).
