The home is located in Virum (very close to Furesø lake), which offers a beautiful forest for people who like the outdoors. The home is 20 - 25 minutes away from DTU by bike and 10 minutes away from Virum St. and Holte St. (where many shops are located) by bike. The home is furnished and has a washer and dryer. The room is furnished with a bed,wardrobes and a desk. It is a little under 7m^2 and is 4200 DKK/month plus utilities. Utilities are electricity, heating, and internet and they cost approximately 300 - 400 DKK/month. There is a very friendly and quiet pet dog living on the premises.
