The apartment: • The room is in a nice standing apartment on the 3rd floor shared together with me: • The apartment is total 70m2. • Big balcony in wood, with a view on a calm garden to the south. • There is a washing machine, a drying machine and a dishwasher. Who are you sharing the apartment with: • I’m a chemical engineer working fulltime in Fredericia. • Like rowing, sailing, swimming, and biking. • Calm with a busy day, but also want to socialize i.e., making pancake and drinking coffee. • Generally, like the apartment to be clean ? we will have cleaning shifts.
