You can find her runding around Vesterbro. Your age, gender, religion, etc. do not matter, we just care that you have a clear hold of your economy, and an open mind and willingness to share. While we don't have rules regarding common food or eating, we prefer someone that does not spend all of their time locked in their room. We want people that come to live in the flat, and not just "rent a room" in it. The room is available for one person or a couple and is unfurnished. roomsize is around 21m2. The apartment is extremely spacious, with 212 m2 in total. A big living/dining room and a newly renovated spacious kitchen (fully equiped with an induction stove and 2 fridges and freezers). It has two bathrooms, renovated recently with floor heating and showers. We have our own new washing machine, drying machine, and dishwasher. There is a nice wooden parquet floor throughout the flat, including the rooms. No smoking is allowed in the apartment. The rent is 7750 per month, and that includes water and heating.
