You’ll be living in a spacious room (~16sqm) with our own balcony. There’s a fiber internet connection, shared bathroom and shared kitchen. Room will be empty- you can decorate and furniture it as you wish. All of the utilities available in the kitchen are also sharable(microwave, fridge, cabinets etc.)
Apartment is placed in Skibhuskvarteret, at Damhusvej.
Monthly rent: 3285DKK(all included)
Deposit is 8100DKK
Each 3 months Electricity and Internet is paid
About me:
I am 23 year old a soon-to be graduate student, most likely starting full time job from the start of the February
I will be living in the Room no.1, and you’ll be taking the second room described above.
I like to keep the apartment clean. I am a socially active person- but rather outside of the apartment, I’m down to hang out and have a chat, cook something together, activity of your choice sometimes:).
