Come live in a comfortable apartment in the Valby Maskinfabrik neighborhood with a friendly flatmate. The apartment is located two blocks south of Valby Station, and it takes approx. 20 minutes to get to central Copenhagen.
The apartment itself is 88 m2 and faces west, which provides plenty of sunlight for most of the year. It overlooks a courtyard and green space from the balcony. Inside the home, the living space, kitchen, dining area, and bathroom will all be shared equally. Key amenities of this apartment include a washer and dryer in the huge bathroom, a dishwasher, and a storage area.
This room is available starting on October 1st, 2021. Long-term rental (more than 6 months) is preferred, but it is also available for short-term if needed (3 months minimum). The room can be furnished with a 120 cm bed and a four-drawer dresser, and you can use the wardrobe in the landing area entirely for your belongings.
CPR registration is available.
