Hey everyone!
I'm moving abroad from the 15th of December and am therefore looking for someone to rent my room to! The length of the contract is a little unsure but will for sure be for at least 4 months from the 1st of January and then with the possibility of an extension.
If need be, it's also possible to get the room from the 15th of December and live for free for the first 2 weeks!
As I am leaving, you would be living with my current roommate, Elena, who is 20 years old, German/American, and studying at DTU. She’s a sweet and social girl, who respects a closed door but is also down for a good laugh!
A bit about the room/space:
- 15m2 and furnished with everything you need
- Shared kitchen, living room, separate bathroom and toilet, and a lovely private garden
- Kitchen is equipped with various kitchen utensils, dishwasher, and washing machine
- 6-minute walk to Svanemøllen station and a 4-minute walk to Poul Henningsens Plads metro station
- Close to supermarkets, training centers, and various cafes!
The numbers:
- Monthly rent: 6,000 DKK (everything included)
- Deposit: 6,000 DKK (equal to 1 month)
- Pre-paid rent: 6,000 DKK (equal to 1 month)
- Total to be paid upon moving in: 12,000 DKK
- Non-cancellable contract for 4-months
What we're searching for in a roomie:
- A person who strives to create a cozy and good atmosphere
- A person who is social but also respects privacy
- A person who cleans up after themselves
- A non-smoker!
