So I am searching for a new roommate since my current lovely roommate and friend is moving together with her boyfriend from April 1st (or maybe April 15 or in-between depending on what ends up working best for everyone)

The apartment is in Ryparken 2100 Copenhagen Ø and has 3 rooms and shared living room / kitchen. You would be living with me, a danish guy, and my other roommate, a french/german guy, who currently doing his PhD in Marine Biology. I just recently finished my own PhD in Computer Science and currently thinking deeply about how I can use all this Generative AI stuff for something useful.

We like to have a lot of plants around the house and also like to have spontaneous dinners together from time to time and invite friends over sometimes.
In general we are pretty chill and don't really have any rules. We are all grown-ups so the only expectation is good, kind and transparent communication from each other and that we all contribute to keeping the place nice and clean

About the practical/paper stuff
- The rent is 4100 kr pr month.
- The deposit is 2 months rent = 8200 kr
- We share utility bills like internet, insurance and electricity equally which is usually 250-400 kr pr. month
- The duration is unlimited with mutual 1 month notice.
- It is allowed and expected that you register CPR address
- No smoking/vaping inside the apartment. We have a balcony where it is okay
- To preserve gender balance we are currently looking mainly for a female roommate and will not be prioritising male roommates as highly (to be transparent). If you are a guy and have a great pitch, consider messaging me anyways)
