Furnished room in shared apartment close to metro

Hey everyone!
We are looking for a new flatmate for our 3-bedroom apartment!

The place is ~100 sqm, recently built, and comes with all the good stuff - dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, induction stove, wifi. We also have a large living room with a couch and a TV. Our kitchen is fully equipped as well. If you're a smoker, we have a balcony too.

It is located next to Amager Strand metro station (Airport line). The area is quiet and peaceful, and super close to the beach! Here's to give an idea:
- 15' to the airport by metro
- 15' to the centre by bike/metro
- 5' to LIDL or REMA1000 by foot
- 5' to the beach by foot
- 5' to Amagerbrogade by bike

The room is (~9 sqm) and comes with a wardrobe, a king-size bed, desk, chair, drawers, and lamps. The rent is 6000 kr/month all-inclusive. The deposit is 3 months. Move-in date is from 1rd of April or earlier if needed.

You'll be living with me (duh!) and Kasia, a 27yo girl working full-time who enjoys all sports and outdoor activities. I play music (don't worry, I have a rehearsal space :P) and enjoy cooking, but like to join Kasia for a run once in a while.
