We have a furnished room - 22 sqm - with access to shared facilities available for rent in our beautiful house in Hellerup / Copenhagen (commune), few minutes walk from Hellerup Station (few minutes drive by train to Kgs. Lyngby / DTU and to Copenhagen City), several busses (e.g. HT line 1A and 21), Hellerup Beach and excellent shopping possibilities, fitness center, cafes and restaurants.
Hellerup is an area with beautiful and exclusive houses and lots of embassies and green surroundings located 10 minutes drive north of Copenhagen City and in biking distance from e.g. UN City, Copenhagen City and DTU.
The monthly rent for the room is DKK 6.000 for 1 person. The room is available from December 1st 2021 or from January 1st 2022 - or from now, if you prefer.
The rent includes heating, w...ater, electricity and cleaning help of the shared facilities (but not your room) and plants or flowers in the kitchen and bath room - two hours once a week. But just not during COVID19 - period. The rent includes also free access to the Internet and cable for internet and for Danish television in your room.
CPR registration are available here.
You will pay 2 months rent as a deposit when you are booking the room. And you will pay 1 month rent in advance just before moving in.
In our house we have a separate villa apartment with two separate rooms with access to shared facilities for rent.
The separate apartment has been restored fall 2011 and again fall 2020, so everything seems new and newly painted in white and light colours (Scandinavian Style) and with heating in the floor.
As shared facilities you will find a kitchen, fully equipped with a small dining table and chairs, a bath room with shower, toilet and a washing machine. Your bike, if you bring one, can stay dry below a half roof in the garden. If you bring a car you can park it for free just outside our house.
You and our other tenant will tidy up after yourselves and you will keep shared rooms and facilities nice and clean on a daily basis.
Most of our tenants are young people from abroad typically Ph.D. or researcher, but people with all sort of career and age are very welcome. If it is possible we will try to find a new tenant who match our tenant, Edoardo from Italy.
You will share entrance, kitchen, toilet, bathroom and washing machine with Edoardo.
My husband and I are living in the villa apartment on the first and second floor. We have our own entrance, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and washing machine.
We will not allow pets or smoking in the house or in the garden. And it is important for us that you are Covid vaccinated and have an updated Corona Passport - and that you follow recommendations from the danish authorities according how to take care.
We follow Danish renting praxis and law. And you will have a contract.
