I am sadly leaving Copenhagen and therefore I am looking for a person to replace me in a nice shared flat in Østerbro from the 1st OF MARCH.
Info:
- It is a furnished room (bed that can be put as a single or double bed, table, dresser, shelf … Every furniture that is in the picture stays in the room), about 10 sqm in Østerbro. CPR available.
- The apartment is located between Østerfælled Torv and Nordhavn.
- It’s shared with three adorable roommates
- Spacious newly renovated apartment, fully furnished, with washing machine and dishwasher. Located on the top floor of the building but a nice balcony overlooking the courtyard
- move in date: 1st OF MARCH
- Rent 6000ddk (without charges); 3 months rent in deposit + 1 month prepaid rent;
When you move in you also have to "buy" a part of the furniture which you can re-sell when you leave the apartment: shared furniture ~ 3000ddk (including living room furniture and kitchen furniture); the furniture for the room itself ~ 2000ddk

The apartment is 7 minutes walk from Nordhavn station. It is walking distance to Fælledparken. Neto, Meny, Fakta and Lidl are within 2-5 minutes away. There is also storage in the basement that belongs to the apartment.
About us:
You will share the apartment with three super nice roommates: a French girl, a Spanish guy and a German guy. We are looking for someone that is our age (23-30ish), clean, social, responsible and preferably working. We would rather respect the equity in the apartment and to remain 2 girls – 2 guys, so we are looking for another female roommate. We all like to hang out together, have a glass of wine or watch a series in the living room but of course we respect a closed door.
