Our collective is looking for a new flatmate for 5 months.
The rental period (from 1.09.2019 to 1.02.2020) covers the full winter semester.
The room is roughly 11m2 and is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. The rest of the flat, of about 120m2, will be shared with 3 other international students and includes a kitchen with all appliances, a living/dinning area, two bathrooms and two balconies.
In our flat, we like to cook together, going out for drinks and, more generally, spend time together. However, we also value each other’s privacy.
The flat is ideally located in Valby, right across Ny Ellebjerg Station. It takes about 10-15min to bike in town and you can get there in 6min by train.
The monthly rent covers everything (water, electricity, internet, etc.) and is of 5,500 dkk/month. The deposit is 2 months rent and one CPR is available for the duration of the tenancy.
The room is not suited for couple and we can't have pets.
