The building stands in a quiet area. Just behind the building you will find the beautiful Kalvebod Fælled natural park. Moreover, it is located in a strategic position. Within 5 minutes by foot you can reach the supermarket and also the closest metro station, which takes you in Nørreport (city centre) within only 15 minutes.
The room is furnished, with bed, wardrobe, desk etc. like in the photos, and available from the 1st of December. The apartment is fully equipped with a full furnished kitchen (oven, freezer, electric hobs, dishwasher etc.) and a big new bathroom with separate shower. There is a washing machine and a dryer and everything is included in the 5000 Kr. per month of rent. The apartment is on the 7th floor and there is a lift in the building.
There are many common facilities shared among residents, for instance there is space for bikes in the internal courtyard or a shared glasshouse on the roof.
The apartment is available for rent for 6 months and is available from the 1st of December (this year). The tenant should be a female and you will share the apartment with other two women. There are 2 small and funny dogs living in the house so you must be not allergic to their fur!
