About the apartment
• Located at the 8th floor (119 m2, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 big open living room with a kitchen)
• Bright and spacious flat with a big common area and balcony with a nice view
• Bike can be parked in the basement area
• If you have extra stuff, there is also a small storage place that we can share
• Overall rent is appr. 5650 DKK (internet, electricity, water and heat included) plus 15.000 DKK deposit
• REMA1000 and Fitness1 right at the ground floor

About us
• We are 2 working MSc Students: Gabi (24) is a Hungarian-Polish economist and a personal trainer and Judit Ivan(26) is a Hungarian economist and a pastry chef
• Studies: MBA & Innovation in Health Care at CBS
• Habits: cooking/baking, studying, working out, reading, listening to podcasts
• Work: Remote (Gabi is working at an online business, Judit is working at an engineering company)
• Cooking: paleo/keto (gluten and sugar-free)
• Sports: gym / home workouts / yoga
• Interests: behavioural science, preventive health services, philosophy, art
We are both cheerful, responsible, and self-aware persons who are curious about the world and are working hard to achieve their goals. Both of us have lived in a shared apartment with others and on our own before.
About the future flatmate
• We are looking for a person who is responsible, but fun at the same time
• Who understands the need of privacy, but also loves to connect and would love to be a part of creating a home since we are going to spend a lot of a time there together and who brings good energy to the flat
• For us, communication is the key so we would like to have someone who is not afraid to speak his/her mind
• Pets are not allowed
