Its a Villa 1.floor- 2 family house in a green area near parks and lake.
We live upstairs with a lovely wiew to green areas. Lots of sports areas nearby. Garden and bike shad .
Nice quiet linear train 300meter and metro 10min walk to Lindevang and Flintholm metro and bus : 3min walk- in the best area of beautiful Frederiksberg in Copenhagen.
We are a married couple and rent out just one room .
We like to keep it very tidy and share the toilet wc - you will have a newly made ... your own wc/shower in the cellar. We all keep it nice and clean, also your own Washing mashine in the bathroom in the cellar.
heating light wifi included..
Kitchen only acces for water and dish washing ect..
Refrigerator in room. We can maybe make dinner together from time to time. you have to be tidy and clean.
Lots of nice good take outs and shopping in this area. TV wifi in-room also water kettle and nespresso coffeemaker.
Linens and towels, fully furnished with - sleeper, desk.
Very quietly area surrounded with green areas. lots of sports clubs and swim ect.halls.
