Me and my roommate Chiara are looking for a third roomie to move in
Details on the apartment:
Address: Zinnsgade 3, 1st floor
125m2, 4 rooms one of which is used as a living room, LARGE kitchen/do-it-all room, bathroom with toilet, extra toilet, basement storage, court yard. No smoking and no animals.
The room comes with a double bed.
The rent includes water/heating
IMPORTANT: 3 month resignation period.
Who we are:
Two friends at 34 and 31 living together.
I am from Copenhagen while Chiara is from Ferrara in Italy and has been living here for the past 2 years. I have been working as a teacher for the past 3 years and spends my sparetime making music and reading. Chiara works as a tunnel engineer and spend her freetime dancing and hanging out with friends. Occasionally, the apartment gets overrun by Italians, which is always a joy considering the hightened spirits and the great food that follow in their wake. In general, new people and friends are always welcome, and we have made it a priority to engage in each others social circles around the house, while also always maintaining the space for privacy when needed.
Both of us have travelled extensively the past few years and will probably continue to do so.
Who are you:
You are a responsible woman, who cares about what you do in life and doesn't mind sharing your day over a cup of tea in kitchen.
