The apartment comes with all amenities and a small patio for BBQ.

Our apartment was newly built in March 2022, and I am the first occupant. It has a big and real-size bathroom and shower. (No tiny Copenhagen shower over here). And it has all of the living equipment.

Islands Brygge Metro St and a bus stop to central 5C Bus are within 5 minutes walking distance of the apartment. Rema 1000 and 365 Coop for Groceries are nearby as well, 5 minutes walking, and are one of the cheapest supermarkets in Copenhagen.

I am 27 years old, from India, and I work full-time in biological sciences. I love cooking and like to experiment with it. I also like to cycle and play board games. I have just started diving into Doctor Who and loving it.

The rent is 6250 DKK, and the (deposit + last month’s prepaid rent) is 25000 DKK. CPR is available. Heating and Water are included in the rent. Electricity and WIFI are separate
