Room For Rent - Nordhavn - 6000dkk/month

We are searching for a new roomie from either March 15th or April 1st (flexible), for our mini-kollektive in Nordhavn, since our current roommate, Mike Hawgood has sadly gotten a PhD offer in Sweden ??

We are looking for a friendly, outgoing person to join our apartment. So, tell us a bit about yourself! What do you expect out of living with roommates? What do you do for fun? You get the idea

Who we are:
(me, 26): I'm Anthony! I come from Boston, and I'm currently studying my PhD in vascular physiology. In my free time, I like to train and practice jiu jitsu. I used to bartend, but still like to practice my old talents with friends over.

French couple consisting of:
Samuel Schmitt (27): Sami is a coffee shop manager in the city. When he's not working, he enjoys working out or playing call of duty.

Elisa Lienhart (24): Elisa works from home during the day and at a Thai restaurant most nights. She enjoys crossfit, going out with friends, chilling at home in the winter, and enjoying the city during summer :))

Practicalities - room 2 on the floor plan:
Prices (per month):
a conto heat, electricity and internet: 639 dkk
Rent: 5361 dkk
In Total: 6000 dkk
You will share a bathroom with me (couple has a private bathroom), as well as a large common space, private balcony, and access to a rooftop, with room for storage in the basement.

Deposit:
A conto: 1917 dkk
3 months rent: 16,083 dkk
(if moving in the 15th --> half month's rent):3000
Total: 21,000 dkk
