Dear room seekers,
Our lovely friend is moving out to Israel so we are looking for a friendly roommate in a newly build 3-bedroom apartment from the 15th of June in Sydhavn, Frederiks Brygge. It might also be possible to move in first week of June. The room is very cozy and full of daylight.
The apartment is just on the edge of the water and facing southwest, what will allow you to enjoy the sun most of the day. There is also a great balcony with space to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea. Location is calm and nicely developed, not far from the city center. It takes only 10min to the central station by bike. If you prefer public transport, there is a bus stop just 5min walk away. Close to Sydhavn and Dybbølsbro train st. Supermarkets are just around the corner, Fisketorvet is close by as well.
There is a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher for your convenience. The rent is 5300 kr/month all included (water, heating, el, WiFi). As a standard there is 2 month deposit + 1 prepaid rent for the last month.
The room is around 10m2 and unfurnished. There is a storage room where you can put your coats/shoes/luggage.
You will share the apartment with me and Gabriele. We are in our late twenties and early thirties, both easy going and open minded.
