Hi there! I am looking for a new female flatmate for our apartment in Copenhagen NV, starting either 16th May 2022.
ABOUT THE ROOM:
- ~8.5 squared meters
- Rent: 5400 DKK (2700 DKK for half May)
- Deposit: 3 months rent + last rent
- Unfurnished, but there is a built-in wardrobe
- CPR (1 person) available
- Heating and water included in the rent, internet + electricity paid separately
- FYI, in the pictures it has been named as "Room 1"
ABOUT THE APARTMENT:
- 103 squared meters
- Newly built (two years ago)
- Location: Nordvest, 5 min from Nørrebro station, with good bus and metro connections and with several supermarkets within less than 5 min walk.
- Shared with two other people (me and Indré, see below)
- Large common area with a huge kitchen/ living room
- Large balcony facing sout...h
- Equipped with washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer
- A LGTBIQ+ friendly, racism-free, violence-free place
ABOUT THE FLATMATES:
- I am Paula, a Spanish 25 year old woman working in CPH
- Indré, the other flatmate, is a super nice 27 year old Lithuanian woman also working in CPH
- We are two people that enjoy making a nice atmosphere in the flat: chatting a bit with about our days, sharing meals/drinks from time to time, support each other when someone needs it. But we also like our alone time and privacy and ofc respect others'.
- We are really up for keeping the place clean and tidy and cleaning after ourselves: in the end a tidy place is a comfortable place.
- We don’t smoke, we don’t have pets and we are vegetarian.
- We like to have friends over from time to time
What I would like to find ABOUT YOU:
- A person willing to speak in English at home
- Willing to clean after themselves and keep the place tidy
- Respectful of other's privacy
- Personal finances in order
- Not smoking inside the house and no pets
- Fine with having people over from time to time
- All in all, just someone willing to make a nice atmosphere in the flat :)
