Hi,
We are subletting 2 rooms in a brand new 5-room apartment in Ørestad (115 m2).
The apartment has 4 bedrooms, common area, kitchen, bathroom and a large balcony with a fabulous view. Kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, an oven, a fridge and a freezer. There is also a washing machine and a dryer. There should be a basement for storage. Rooms are unfurnished and we will take care of furnishing the common area and kitchen.
The apartment is located in one of the newest areas of Copenhagen on the 6th floor with a great view on Ørestad and Amager. The apartment has good transport connectivity with bus and metro station being 400m away, which takes You directly to city center in just 12 minutes. From Ørestad station, You can get to Copenhagen H in just 7 minutes. Rema 1000 is 200m ...away from the apartment.
The rent is 4950 DKK per month + 312 for heating and water. CPR is possible.
As we mentioned the apartment is brand new and will be finished by July, so there is also a picture of us at the time of booking it in April + some pictures from finished rooms in this house to give You the feel of the style in the apartment.
About us:
We are two friends, Antons(23) and Artjoms(21), originally coming from Latvia who have been studying and working in Denmark for the past 5 years. We both have an engineering degree and are currently working full-time.
We are both friendly and outgoing, very active people, spend a lot of time visiting events, self-improving and working on various projects.
Both of us have experience sharing housing and every time we formed fantastic community within the apartment; therefore, we would like us to be social within the apartment, yet we will always respect personal space.
We are very excited to move into this lovely apartment and hope that You will love it just as much as we do. We want to take good care of our new home, hence keeping everything clean matters a lot to us.
