I’m renting out a room in my apartment in Amagerbro, Copenhagen - the only other person who’ll be living there is me. The room is especially nice in the morning and early afternoon as there’s natural sunlight coming directly through the windows most of the day. You will have access to a shared kitchen, bathroom and entrance. Also, the apartment comes with two balconies, one in each room, so you’ll have one of those too :)
- The apartment is a 2-room flat and is 57 m2
- Is located on the fourth (top) floor with no elevator
- Your room is 14 m2
- Is NOT furnished
- Comes with a balcony
- The metro station Lergravsparken is 300m from the door
As to not negatively surprise anyone, the estimated 4800kr rent is including utility expenses.
I am 20 years old, and I go to school on Vesterbro in Copenhagen. On the weekends I occasionally work at a bar located 50m from my school. I also enjoy going out at night for a drink.
As a person I’m open to new people and I enjoy getting to know them. I value privacy, but I’m also up for “joint activities”. My cooking skills are nothing to brag about but I’m fairly good at heating things and stirring pots. I like to keep clean and do actually prefer cleaning over cooking.
I also prefer listening to music on a speaker as opposed to in headphones, and chances are that you'll probably meet some of my family and a lot of my friends at some point if you live with me, as I like having people over :)
I’m allergic to all kinds of furred pets, so unfortunately you can’t bring that.
In terms of smoking; I do smoke, but strictly outdoors and you're welcome to smoke outside on the balcony as well.
