... in the new apartment blocks of Sluseholmen is available for rent, long-term, from 1 July, for 9 months (with a possibility of extension). It is fully furnished with a bed, built-in wardrobe and desk, shelves etc.
Rent: 6900 DKK, includes aconto (heating, water). Electricity + internet adds up to approximately 400/month.
Deposit: 2 months rent (plus the first month's rent is to be paid when signing the contract).
The apartment is on the 3rd floor; it is 94 square meters with a spacious living room/kitchen area. It receives a lot of light and has an amazing view both towards the water and the common courtyard area.
You'll be sharing the rest of the apartment with me, a 33 year old Hungarian guy working at a startup. Looking for someone who likes to be social, having dinner together etc. but can also respect private space. I have a bunch of musical instruments and sometimes practice or play, hopefully you don't mind that too much ??
The room is not suitable for couples.
