If you're looking both for community and privacy, then read on because we’re looking for a new roommate to takeover a 15m2 room in our 140m2 Nørrebro apartment. The lease is unlimited and CPR number can be registered. The expected take-over date is 1st November 2022, with a possibility to move in a couple of days earlier or later. Large and bright room available from 1 November in a newly-built 140m2 apartment (we were the first tenants to move into the apartment) in the heart of Nørrebro. - 5-min walk to Skjolds Plads Metro station - 2-min walk to Netto, Fakta, & Føtex - 10-min walk to Fælledparken - 5-min walk to Nørrebrogade (kebab shops, bike shops, bars and cafes) The flat is a very spacious 2,5-stories apartment, with a middle work-station. The available room is located in the upper floor and marked in red on the attached floor plan. - There are two bathrooms, one with a shower. There's a big shared kitchen and living room. - The flat is equipped with a washing machine, oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Basement for storage, bike garage and car park in the underground level. - You will have direct access to a big terrace in the backyard for dinners, BBQ and chilling in the sun, as well as (two!) nice rooftops that overlook Copenhagen's skyline. You will share the flat with two guys that are at the end of their twenties. Rafal works in fine dining, likes to cook at home and work out in his free time. Ben is in the last year of his PhD, likes running, cycling and all sorts of other sports. If our work schedules allow, we like to share time together at home with common friends over dinner or just have them over for a coffee or a drink - the kitchen and dining area are arguably the most frequently used spaces of the apartment. It goes without saying that you, our future roommate, can take part in this but also have your friends over anytime. If it’s important to you, we’re both vegetarians but do not have any expectations/requirements towards your dietary choices :). The living room is currently quite empty because we’re hardly using it, which means that you’re very welcome to either bring furniture or make suggestions about making it look less empty. Now to the numbers; the monthly rent for the room is 9000DKK (electricity not included). The deposit for moving in is about 15000DKK and 2 months pre-paid rent need to be paid. The sublease agreement will have a 3 months rental termination period, which is the same as in the main contract with the rental agency. We will share the details of the main contract for transparency.
