Hi future roommate :) I’m renting out a room in my 57 m² apartment, perfectly located between Sankt Hans Torv and the Lakes – a lively, cozy area full of cafés, bars, vintage shops, and good vibes. About the apartment & room You’ll be sharing the flat with me, a 32-year-old (feeling 22) entrepreneur. The apartment is homely and bright, with a laid-back vibe. The room is private and cozy, while the common areas are shared. The room is currently furnished w. some of my stuff, but will be moved - and happy to help lifting a bed up the stairs (also have a madress for the first days). Rent also includes utilities, internet, etc. Move-in date is flexible. About me I enjoy running around the Lakes, sauna sessions, and an occasional beer (or actually a few) with friends at the city’s many cozy bars. I value a relaxed and friendly home, where we can share an occasional dinner or glass of wine and watch a movie, but also respect each other’s spaces and busy lives.
