Hi everyone! My name is Xabier and I am a recent civil engineer from DTU. My flatmate is Matteo and he is currently studying the MSc of Wind Energy at DTU. We are looking for a new flatmate to join us in our lovely apartment ?? Our apartment is located near Nørrebro and Bispebjerg Stations, there is a bus stop just at the end of the street and there are 4 supermarkets nearby. Biking to the city center is about 15min. You will be staying in a bright 7 m2 room with a big window with direct access to the garden. The room is fully furnished with two closets, a desk and chair, 1.20m bed and a lamp. The common areas are bright and spacious, the kitchen is fully equipped, and we also have a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. You also have the possibility of using the storage room in the basement as well as a place for your bike inside the garage. The monthly rent is usually around 5800kr. It may vary depending on the consumption of each month. A deposit of 2 months + 1st month of rent + last month will be required in advance (this can be slightly negotiable). The room is available from 1st of April and CPR registration is possible. We are looking for a long-term tenant. We love to spend time together in our common areas, so we are looking for a social person that is willing to enjoy time with us and our friends.
